th key door is broken an I have recived short version I told them opción B is shorter but the quality is good

One nut was missing. I suggest that the four items be packaged seperately as they might come loose during shipping. I had to purchase and replace the lost nut which was very time consuming.

as per describe.. good things... but some plastic parts ( lock cover ) was brittle and easy to brake..

Cross bar is built kinda cheap. The lock is extremely hard to release the bar. Wish it was built with metal release lock rather than plastics might break. Good idea but cheaply built. Would give 5 stars if was redesign with better materials. I try releasing couple times the release feels like it is going to break and if you don't tighten enough it will be be loose. I will see how long this $100 cross bar will last probably end up sending on a Yakima.

Amy was very supportive through the trade. The racks are good quality for the price. Don't expect a $400 Thule or rhino though. Would not hesitate to trade again.
